Membership

Regular membership shall be open to corporations, firms and individuals who: (a) are engaged in the business of providing, for a fee, unemployment cost control service(s) to the employer community, except those organizations exempt from federal income tax by reason of Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code; and, (b) meet such additional criteria as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Board of Directors.

Associate Membership shall be open to any individual, corporation or association who has an interest in furthering the objectives or purposes of AUTO.

Honorary Membership shall be open to administrators of the unemployment compensation system and to those corporations, firms and individuals who, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, have made significant contribution to: (a),the unemployment compensation system, (b) the industry in which the members of this Corporation are engaged, or (c) the objectives and purposes AUTO APPLICATIONS. Application for Regular, and Associate Membership in this corporation shall be submitted in writing, shall reflect a willingness to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of AUTO.
